dang, almost makes my wheels look like they are gunmetal.

just recently I have noticed that the break dust has been accumulating faster than normal.

anything I can do to slow this down?

I dont recall me having as much as I have now in about 400 miles of braking (approximately 2wks) when using stock pads.

Yeah my front look like crap because AutoZone only had the cheap ones I went to O'reilly and got Wagner ceramic pads.

I'm tempted to redo my front and throw the crappy ones away and replace them with ceramics.

I have been using Akebono pads since October and they put out a minimal amount of brake dust. Better than stock pads for stopping but from what I was told will not hold up for use on a track day ( I haven't tried this myself yet).

Fsttyms1 is absolutely correct. I just have my Axxis Ultimate replaced to EBC Green a few weeks ago, because the Axxis has worn down to the squeeking wear indicator. The EBC Green is a LOT cleaner. Now it has been slightly less than 3 weeks, and my wheels are about the same as two days on Ultimate.

Ever see what a German car rims look like? Even my parent's Volvo ... the brake dust is absolutely horrible. And I thought the Honda / Acura OEM brakes weren't that bad ...

I just changed the fronts to Raybestos Quiet Stop pads which are ceramic. They dust just a fraction of what I had before. It's been about a week and a half and wheels look better than they would after just a day or 2 with the prior pads which I believe were original oem pads.

I have oem pads and after a week they look no where near as bad as those in the pic above. Just normal layer of dust. Those aftermarket pads are a trade off. Better braking but u gotto clean ur rims every day

My dads S70 looks like that, and my 540 used to look llike that after just 1 day. The TL-S was heaven compared to these 2 cars.

It was so bad, I swapped out to low dust Axxis Deluxe plus pads at all 4 corners even though my pads were practically new. These new pads perform just as good as the factory pads, but a fractionof the dust.
