anyone else overwhelmed with everything to do on our cars

i dont know about you guys but ive been on the site for a little while now and have spent A LOTTT of time this past week reading posts and threads and DIY's, which i love because i dont have to go to the dealer for little things that will cost a ton. i've learned so much about my car but im gettin so tired of goin through 50+ pages of posts for one thread... and it seems like my to do list on my car gets bigger and longer everytime i get on the site. who wouldve thought you would have to do so much to keep your car alive and well.... im so overwhelmed with everything i wanna do/need to do to my car. am i the only one thats feeling this way? i feel like gettin under the car and kicking the jackstand from underneath it

hmm, not sure if youre talking bout stuff like seafoaming or maintainance stuff or just like exterior interior stylin stuff? i personally have a few of the diy i wanna do, but i dont feel the need to have to do it asap lol.

well, thats not entirely true. i get moments when i get all excited, but sooner or later my rational side kicks in to tell me one thing at a time

Do maintenance first. Make sure the car is running properly.

I felt like that too when I just got the car. But I realized time/money isn't gonna let me do things too fast. Take mods/DIY's one a time.

ha yeah i plan on bleeding the brakes soon cuz i just read a thread sayin i should do it annually and change the brake pads while im at it. then i feel i should seafoam just so i can get a cleaner ride quality. but i also need to replace the tranny now which is on the top of the to do list. i wanted to do the 6 speed swap but its lookin like its gonna be a lot harder and expensive than i expected.

I know how you feel man, so many thing I want to do, like the ATLP exhaust and I want a CAI new heads and everything, but money is a problem so I have to sit down and decide what to do first... well I already have and number one is I need new rubber. I also want to seafoam it for a cleaner ride and get a new air filter.
