Anybody ever replace their door checkers?

Parts #22/25 (bottom middle)

My driver's door one is shot. Any time I park on an incline the freakin door constantly won't stay open.

$15 looks like it's just 3 screws and I don't have to take the door apart.

Can the checkers be tightened? Didn't appear so.

It's pretty easy. After the door panel is off, you should be able to find a whole where you can reach through and get it from inside the door (usually the speaker is the best place). It's 2 either 8 or 10mm nuts that hold it to the door and 1 10mm bolted to the pillar.

You'll need the door panel off though, can't pull the strap out from outside the door.
