Supposidly it worked but when it came time to manufacture it they needed roughly 60K to produce a batch of units. The person that was gonna do it, Snook? bilked out.
To do it correctly they should have made 1-2 units(at around 1K) and taken tons of pictures of them, then put it on a stock car and have a before and after dyno session.
That would have easily gotten enough interest to get some people going. I mean there's all of us with TL and TLS and then theres another entire forum of CL and CLS drivers...

I tried to make one based on an idea that the center plenum chamber was simply being increased in volume. But this produced 0 gains, and 0 losses as well. I should add that it is unknown how the RES produced gains. But we do know it was related to the center chamber.
