I noticed that there are now entire replacement silver/amber kits for the amber bulbs for the BMW. Can't find anywhere what types they use though for their blinkers. I've been having a hell of a time trying to locate the 1157 silver/amber front bulbs anywhere, so I'm trying to find out if there are compatible ones from other cars. Since the PlatinumVision GenII have several types of fitments available (round single, round dual, wedge), anyone with a BMW and Acura know if they are compatible?

ckNJ....i've been using the silver/amber front bulbs for awhile now...i like how it looks when its not blinkin...you can pick the bulbs up at any Pepboys and they are the APC brand (1157 bulb type)...here's a pic of the bulbs on my ride....

Don't buy the silver APC coated bulbs from pepboys or any other store. They are crap. The light is so dim that you can't even see anything in the daytime. It does look nice if it doesn't blink though.

$50 for a full set isn't bad, especially considering the quality of them. Since it's their second revision, I'm assuming they've worked out the kinks and have a good set.
