Nope,

I almost never use the A/C unless if raining/humid outside and my windows are fogging up. I can't stand that "jump" when the A/C clutch engages at a red light...

what are you getting at?

well, my crazy line of thought goes like this:
- with AC off engine makes a little more power
- more power from the engine puts more strain on the tranny

I don't think it's that big of a difference that it would cause the tranny to go. If that were the case, then probably everyone with any mods, especially headers, that increase hp would be having their trannies blow all the time.

The problem is strickly related to the tranny. Nothing else but the tranny.
