Exclamation Another OEM Alarm Problem

02' TL here.
Well to make the long story short I had some bodywork done on my passenger door and when they put the door back together they forgot to connect a wire for electronic door lock. Next day I went back and they "fixed" it. After getting home I got out the car and after pressing the lock button on the fob I noticed that the side markers don't blink and the horn is silent on the second press of the lock button...
Luckally the locks do open and close w/o problems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
