so in my 99 tl when i put the heated seat on the driver side seat the back part gets pretty warm fast but the bottom part not so much does the 99 tl bottom part warm up to on the switch it shows lines for the back part only. what do you guys think the problem is burned wire? is taking it out the same way like the 02-03?

 

ummm.... yeah burned wire, i have an 03 and it had a burned wire on the butt warmer, BUT there is ONE THING, YOU HAVE TO PROPERLY DISABLE THE SIDE AIRBAG before removing the seat by disconnecting the battery for at least 10 minutes beforehand

 

i dont think the 99 has side airbag

 

yeah sorry i was thinking you had 02 or 03 for some reason, idk
but yeah the seats will proably come out the exact same
