It should be possible to do. But, I don't think it would look that hot since the headlights are not projectors.

 

They do sell CELIS light rings for universal applications. I'll post up the link if I can find it.

 

You could do it on 02-03s since the highbeams are circular.

Here's the best link I've found about making custom ones. They look hot, and it's pretty easy. It'd be good project when you're clearing your headlights.

ahh, i found 2 very old pix, the pix arent great at all, and u can change the light to any color u want, in the pix they are plain white, i changed them later to xenon blue.
