I assume one of these was supposed to be 5w-20 and no, it's not the same.

all the questions about fluid and trying to find a better one, why not just stick with the honda fluid? no fluid is going to make the tranny last! just put in whats recomended and use it till the tranny dies or its time to flush out again. I mean hell. some have been bitching abou the cost of honda fluid, but COME ON how often do you change it??10k, 30k, 50k????? and you ae probably the same ones that drop 30+ bucks on your SYN oil and change it every 3k.

If you're using a $$$ Dex-III already, I'd suggest adding some Lubegard Black to it so that you won't have to drain it out and replace it with the correct fluid...since the Lubegard option is cheaper.

All of the Honda's we service at the shop (unless the customer requests otherwise) get Dexron III and a bottle of black. We usually put in a little bit more than the 1 ounce/quart that's recommended by Lubeguard.
That combo works great on Hondas.

But for a normal fluid change, I'm not a big fan of using the fluid converters as they only add the correct FMs to the fluid so that the ATF can shift/function properly, but they do not improve the actual fluid. You add Lubegard Black to DexIII, which maybe a GrpI/II fluid, where Honda's ATF Z-1 is a blend.
With just the Lubegard added, the ATF will do the job, but you won't get the better oxidative stability with the synthetic blend ATF Z-1 fluid, nor will you get the longer service life.
The only time I'd use Lubegard black during a fluid change is if I add it to a very high quality ATF, such as Mobil 1 ATF. That way, I have a full PAO synthetic ATF + Lubegard black that'll work well with the Honda ATF Z-1 app.
