I have already used a quart of oil in only 1900 miles. Yes it has been hot. I live in Washington DC. No, I did not check the level on delivery , it did not dawn on me to.
Has anyone else seen oil consumption like this?

How long since your last oil change?
Who does you oil changes? It's possible that they didn't fill it completely at your last oil change.
Notice and drips under car?
It can be normal for a car to burn a quart every 3,000 miles. If you're still concerned, take it to the dealer.

If it were me, I'd take it to the dealer to have it topped off and then watch the oil level for the next 1 to 2K miles to verify it's not being "used." That's probably what the dealer will tell you anyway. Just make sure they log your issue officially in case you have to go back on it again later.
Good luck.
