Post To all who attended the NY/NJ/PA Meet

On behalf of Park Ave Acura, I would like to thank all who attended the meet. Ernie did a fantastic job with the organizing and everyones participitation made it a success. It was realy great to meet so many people with the same interests. Being in the car business, sometimes we forget just how much people can really love their cars. Hey Chris- if you need a job, I can use somebody who can work on the ground
I am lucky to have dedicated employees who show up on thier own time to support the cause, and believe it or not, they do it cause they like it. I guess thats what allows us to do what we do. We want to make Park Ave Acura the #1 place in the Northeast for not only regular service but also the home of the best mod work around!

Thanks again to all who supported the effort, and I hope to see you all again soon.

PS- might have to take a "business trip" to HIN this weekend

Wayne,

Great talking to you and Jens. Finally an Acura Service Manager that appreciates nice cars and performance mods. Thanks for my wiring harnesses. Love that Type-S.

Wayne and Jens...I can't thank you guys enough..first for my leather under warranty(which no other dealer would cover it under warranty)and just answering questions about the TL and seeing that all our issues get answered and resolved properly..and just giving outstanding customer service.. I'm in the hospitality business and Park Ave Service Mgr (Wayne) and the entire parts department especially, have the greatest customer service I have ever seen at a car dealer..

You know, I have always been pleased with my local Acura dealer, but you guys are amazing! Your knowledge of the product is unparalleled. You treated all of the attendees like they were life long customers, and that was great!

Like I said before, I will take the 160 mile one way trip in the next few weeks to get my springs from your dealership, as I would not trust anyone else.

THANKS AGAIN,

:-jon

Ed, they gave me a loaner to drive back to Port Chester. Helped me out a lot. Peter said he is usually there until 7:00pm Tue., Wed., and Thursday so you have plenty of time to return it.

Hey Wayne,

Looking for a career change. I am currently working for Alamo Rent A Car in East Hanover. I'm looking to do something in the New Car business, although not sales or service. Parts, or new car delivery is ok with me or whatever else you've got available, shot me an e-mail at chansing@dotplanet.com and I'll give you a resume.
