All banged up...
I just wanted to let everyone know that I was in an accident yesterday with my 99 TL. Now that I'm done w/ all the tears the healing process can start. The damage wasnt all that bad, the front was pretty muched smashed but the radaitor and stuff was still intact. I did notice when i driving home that my left wheel was making a clicking noise when I turned. I just hope that the car is taking car of b/c I dont want any problems when I get it back. The one plus is the shop that I took it to, does a full detail on the vehicle. I mean they really get into it they even remove the seats to shampoo the carpets. So hopefully everything will work out for me. Well I'll keep everyone informed. I may go past the shop and get some pics later...If I do I'll post them, I may be a newbie but I've learned fast about how ya'll dudes are about pics around .

[QUOTE=AustNMike]he'll need hood, grille, lamps, bumper, and both fenders just to start. Probably a lot more little pieces here and there, maybe wiring pigtails etc. This is not a cheap conversion, and probably not anything an insurance company would be willing to pay part of...too bad they didn't make em that way from 99 up.[/QUOTE
Does the insurance company have to know? Or can this be a little secret between me and the shop, cuz now that u mention it, it does sound like an idea.

Ins. co. will know if they send someone by the shop, but if you pay for anything above and beyond what they owe for, it really shouldn't be a problem. is it your insurance co?? or the other party's??
