Alignment fixed under warranty?

I have a 2001TL purchased in Sep 2000, I am experiencing a slight pull to the left. I am taking it in for an oil change. How do I convince the dealer to align my wheels under warranty?

I personally dont think they will do it because it's got 20,000 miles. Any one with convincing ideas?

Alignments are not typically covered by warranty. Can't hurt to ask them.

Good luck. I never seen an alignment done under warranty though.

You don't and they won't.

I get monthly free alignment and tires balance at the shop where i purchased my rims. As far as asking your dealer to do it under warranty.... They won't do it.

I complained about alignment and balancing problems to my dealer when they took my wheels off to check the brakes. They gladly gave me an alignment, rebalncing and rotated the tires for me.

I asked because the dealer did an alignment for my friend at 15,000, he had a 2002TL. What is amazing is that the dealer did it for him without him asking.

No Kidding - esp if you're on the factory Michelin's! Seem to eek the air out.

Most likely they will not fix your alignment under warranty. Because this is normal wear and tear. Every single car out there you will need to get a alignment eventually. Some might be eariler then others..just depends on how much abuse your suspension gets daily. Mine alignment was off when I picked my car off the lot. So I got it fixed free of course. alignment is only around $40-50 for 4 wheel alignment.

I had aligment done at just 200 some miles like a week after i got the car. I said it came like that but they found a scratched rim and where like sorry we have to charge. But then at like 8k i got it done and it was free.
