Airbox install Question

Airbox install Question
Just purchased an '03 NBP TypeS, and I am finding out previous owner didn't take very good care of it. I am doing what I can to bring my car up to proper working condition, one of those things being replacing the bottom portion of the airbox since the moron who owned it before me tried to jam the air filter from a regular TL into it and broke the clips.
Looks like the bottom portion of the airbox is held on by two bolts - one on the top and one down below alongside the battery. Am I right in guessing once I get the top off if I remove those two bolts the bottom portion will come right out?
Also, there is a loud "vacuum" noise coming from the car, I assume that's because the airbox won't quite close all the way since the clips are broke? Pressing on the top of the box seems to muffle the noise, so please tell me I'm right, because that noise is driving me nuts.
Thanks,
Ethan

Ha ha, I *knew* someone was going to say that.
Nah this car is for my wife and the Type S is probably more car than she should be driving anyways. If I do any mods they'll be subtle cosmetic mods.
So about my questions - am i right in my assumptions about the bolts and vacuum noise?

Yes you are right. Replace whats broken so the lid will fasten down properly and it will go away
