Air Conditioner Low Side Pressure for 2000TL

Does anyone know off hand what should be the pressure at the low side for a 2000TL. The past week when it was in the high 90's it felt like the AC wasn't cooling as much as it used to. I'm thinking it might be a little low on refrigerant, but not sure. I measured the low side pressure as being 25psi after the car was running for about 5 minutes with the AC on MAX.

I believe all r134a systems are 25-45 psi for a full fill. You might be a bit low - but not much.

That's what i think. Its low just by a little bit. It got pretty cold right now, but its only like 80 outside. Does anyone have a service manual that they can look this info up in?
