So my side view mirror on the passenger side cracked. I just got a replacement from the dealer, but I can't figure out how to get the freakin thing on. The concept is easy, there are 2 actuator shafts, one end pops into a cut out in the mirror, the other pops into the actuator (motor).

Well, I popped the shafts onto the mirror, lined it up with the actuator and pushed in. Both sides clicked in, but I guess one side won't pop all the way in, and the mirror won't move. I tried lining the mirror up with the actuator shafts already fully in the actuator, but they won't pop in (the round ends have tabs you need to line up perfectly, and its glass, I was already pushing pretty hard, didn't want to break it).

Does anyone have or know where to get diagrams or anything to get this on? I tried a bunch of different things (taking the actuator out and hooking it all up, but then I couldn't get the screws back in).....Heres a few pics, maybe someone can think of something I haven't tried.
