Aftermath of a 500 Mile trip

Hot weather makes all them damn bugs come out....on the side note....i got pulled over for going 80 in a 70 zone which was total bull because everyone else was going 80+ while i had my cruise control on....and the cop was being a bitch and wrote me down for tint as well which doesnt even look that dark

My friends said my car looked like marble when the light hit it . This next picture sorta shows the shininess after a few coats of Zaino

The cops on I-5 are a bitch like that. I assume thats where you got the ticket, running between Frisco and Riverside.

The tint laws in California suck. You can't have any tint in the front side windows. I decided not to tint because cops are anal about it in Sunny Cali.

Yeah it was on I-5......right now I'm looking for friends who know cops to sign the fix it ticket off so i dont have to strip the tint....usually cops wont pull you over just for tint in Cali so........if you ever get pulled over for speeding or whatever roll down your windows before they walk up to your car

You should really invest in a Radar Jammer. I have had 4 different models, just bought a new 2004 model from Rocky Mountain Radar. Here is my new one http://www.rockymountainradar.com/pr...36f1654842443a works like a charm! You can find these things on Froogle.com for cheap! Way cheaper than MSRP, and they have a ticket rebate.

Question ticket question

what's the difference bewteen the cop giving you a fix it ticket and adding it to a speeding ticket? my friend got a speeding ticket on I5 and he got a ticket for speeding, but the cop also put down, "front windows tinted" and the cvc code for it. does he still have to remove the tint or is it just a fine and he can leave it on since he's "paid his debt to society".

I beleive that he is required to have it inspected before he goes to court. If it passes inspection (pay off the inspector) then it will be dropped in court and nothing happens. Usually slip them $20 to pass you.

"Fix It" tickets require an inspection......and after inspection the police officer has to sign off the "fix it" ticket....then you have to bring the ticket back to court to get it cleared.....you dont have to bring your car for more inspection.......so if you know a cop willing to sign your ticket without stripping the tint off...all the better.....but im still looking Even if you pay off the speeding ticket.....the tint issue still has to be dealt with separately
