This topic has been talked about, um... you can use what most use. Just go to a lcal tint shop and have them do it with you in whatever style you want with vynl. Or you could go to your local sign shop and get a 3t by 3 ft peice and do it your self. The good thing about vynl is that it comes in many colors.

will buying the vynl be as good as getting the aftermarket part? will it look the same? who here does have the vynl?

Do you know what the lids actually are??? Yes, they are the vinyl..nothing special other than the fact someone took the time to measure it out and cut it for you...if you're willing to pay a premium for something like that...go and buy it from the guys selling it..

To set the story straight the REAL eyelids in the pics are from Value Sports and are made of fiberglass. If you want to stick on tint or plastic on your HIDS to make them look like eyelids I would love to see how they look.
