Post AEM intake question...

I know the Cold Air Intake needs the front bumper cover removed but does the SHORT RAM(the one that doesnt go all the way down near the wheelwell) need to have the bumper removed in order to install it??

no, but you should take out the resonator which requires removing the cover.

There is a way to remove the stock resonator without removing the front bumper. I did it. You have to undo the front left inner fender well trim to get to it.

Yup did the same thing, this way you dont run the risk of scraping up the bumper trying to remove it.

Just so happened that I installed my CAI this morning. The biggest b!tch with not removing the bumper is getting to one of the bolt that holds the resonator in. You really have to reach in there to get it out. Lots of MF and SH!T could be heard throughout Mt Laurel this morning.
