Question AEM CAI.....or not???

I know there are a bunch of you guys who have the AEM CAI. I am planning to get one soon. My question is:

1. Is it worth getting it?
2. How loud and when does it get loud?
3. Any hp gains (if yes, how much)?
4. Easy installation?
5. Does the bypass valve come with the CAI?
If not, how much extra does it cost?

I don't want to do a search because my computer is slow as hell so it will take me forever. Yea, yea, I am getting a new computer system soon. But in the meantime, can somebody please help me out asap.
Thanks!

horespower gains is a positive, actualy too much for the low 1st and 2nd gearing. I found the car only in 1st for a second then shifting, made it seem a bit slower. I had one for 3 days and removed it. I have the mugen exaust and love my car quite its a luxury car and the cai is too load for it. I'm installing a k&n air filter in stock box with resanitor to add some horse power and still keep it quite. I don't recomend it too rice for our cars. but depends on what your going for. fast and sporty then yes, powerful and still luxury no go comptech or K&N stock replacement.

ill talk to you on sat and try out my car see if you like it or not....
and there is another option that i think you can do, but lets meet on sat..

1.i think its a quick hp
2.sounds just like how it is when you gun it but with the extra hissing sound cant hear it until 3000 rpms and over
3.dont know but 5-10 hp sounds logical
4.ill help you, shiznit gonna waste more money installing then just buying the parts
5 have to buy it...round 50
o the extra 6. youll want to floor the car more in the first few weeks you have the cai just to see experience the breathing engine

Thanks J, I forgot you have it. Where were you today because I tried calling you on your cell and no one picked up?
Ok so I'll see you at my house on Saturday. Then I will see if I am going to get it.

Its quiet up to 3000-3500 then its pretty loud. Not a farting or high pitched loud though. All around it will make your car louder - you will hear the air being sucked into the intake at idle and low speeds.

Not sure about gains... just the sound makes you feel like its a lot faster.

Short ram installation is easy, I had trouble with the AI section. But I'm a f***ing idiot so what do I know?

Just simply take the resonator box out. I felt increase in torque and my car pulls faster now.

See the following link:
Has NE1 tried the stock air box w/o the resonator?
