I have the CAI on my 2002 TL-S for about 1 1/2 yrs. Does it need cleaning? If so, how?

how many miles do you have on it. It's recommended every 20-25k if you drive it hard, live in area with fine dust. Else it can be used for 50k before cleaning. If you still want to clean it, buy the AEM filter cleaning kit, if you use any other kit, the limited lifetime warranty might be voided.

 

I use the K&N cleaner kit. If I remember correctly AEM uses a K&N filter so it should not void any warrenties.
