Adjustible Height

Hey guys, i want to adjust the height of my TL. My freind has adjustable shocks/springs or sumtin that raises and lowers his Si. i want to do the same. so how can i can lower, but yet raise it back up when needed.

is there a way whre i can push a button and it goes up, and down? thanks.

wow, what about thse things called teins? what are those? do they do the job?

they are coilovers...roughly 1k....probalby more after install once you include alignment and the camber....to adjust the height you have to get the wheel of the gorund a manually turn the springs with a special wrench...and depending on how high or low you adjust it..and how long you keep each seeting for..you got to get it realigned agian...its not really a setup where you would change the height constantly...more like drop it to the gorund for shows...a certain height for driving..its not as convient as airride

hell no that is just gay. i want 2 raise the car in the city, and lower it on the highway.

then you want air ride. I have coilovers and you only raise and lower it in the summer and winter. Lower the car in the spring and raise it up in the fall/winter for the snow.

the cheapest way is coilovers................. the easiest way to adjust is air. coil overs require you to manually (with a wrench) adjust the spring height on each wheel. air ride is more of a flip of a switch. coil overs are only about a 1/3 of the price of air

I have the Tein Coilovers, got them for $700! $300 Mmmmm. haha, just busting on you Whizzbomb! Still a good deal. Definitely keep an eye out on the sales/wanted section and ebay!

Wow... impressive! I paid $750 for the Teins then $180 for the install. Did you put them on yourself?

oops, forgot to rub it in even more...I have the Tein SS, not basic. Haven't installed them yet but I expect it to be about $200.
