Adding additives to coolant

Its hot as hell here in FL would RP coolant additives have a advantage.

Not really necessary unless you have the extra cash or if you're running a turbo application or something. I've tried it and so have some of my friends and none of us has seen any real benefits...
Flush your system once a year and you'll be in really good shape.

In short, if these additives really made a difference they would already be blended in with the coolant. basically these additives are a waste of your $$$.

I've used Purple Ice and it did nothing.
