I have seen some topics on this issure. Some people said go for the credit union because of the lower price. But as I know in general warranty from credit union is the 3rd party warranty. I wonder do they have the 24 hours road asssitant, etc. as the acura warranty has (I assume the extended acura warranty has the same policy as the orignal 4 years/50K warranty). I also heard that you have to pay the cost first and then they will reimburse you if you have the warranty from the credit union. Anyone has some experience or comments?

By the way where else can I buy the extened Acura warranty except from the dealers. I heard of http://acurawarranty.com/. Is that a good choice?

It all depends on the warranty terms though your warranty provider. Everyone is different, and there are things that you can specify in the Acura extended contract such as deductables...... Other than that I don't think there is any difference between the normal Acura and the extended Acura, but 3rd party varys a LOT.
