Acura TL INDIGLO gauge PICS!

They were made in white but I think they'll look aight.
Since we ordered silver 4IG says they will make these in silver and send us a second set! I know the Legend guys had problems with getting their second set but 4IG feels really bad about the wait and they are now using a different manufacturer. Also, as you can see, the glow is a little trippy. Not sure how I like it. The design of the silver set will be changed a little so it isn't trippy like that. 4IG says that these will arrive in 2 weeks and the silver 2-3 weeks after that. Finally we will get these things!!!

when everything is lit up it looks like GS...
the black/empty areas where things are supposed to lit up when you have a problem - are interesting. It's a little too much i guess
overall.. I LIKE!

I think they do fit the CL. It's funny though, I remember the CL board talking pure trash about these gauges when we asked if they would get in on our group buy.
BTW Nate, I think they look nice. The look wasn't quite what I expected, but I ain't complaining.
How does it switch between the 2 types of glow? Will the dimmer on the dash trigger that?

Congrats, guys... for those who have been waiting for a long long time...

Yep, 2 sets! Lets just hope the second set doesn't take as long as the first has! Ok, ok, bad joke. Atleast there will be more than enough for the TL community!
Yeah, the look in the second pic is kinda funky... not sure if I like it yet. Of course it'll all look different in person. As for the colors, some of it is that the camera can't pick up the blue very well. The indiglo things I have taken pics of always came out the crappy clue you see there. But mostly it is different from the original design because we had to switch manufacturers.
The silver set will differ a little in design. We'll fix the funkiness and also the colors - I noticed they didn't follow our new color scheme here.
As for the little windows where things show through... yeah, it was my understanding that these wouldn't show up as much like holes... maybe they won't in person but they sure seem to in the pic. They do have a plastic covering - they aren't actually holes - but I am unsure how they will look installed. We'll have to see, and SOON!

hey i was just thinking bout the first pic,
1. reminds me of a baseball(the colors that is) anyone see that? esp the mph and the rpm,
2. if it has a white background then what is the point i might as well get the type s gauges,

That isn't the layout we all decided..
I thought the layout looked kind different, I remeber seeing more blue than red..

They made them white because we switched manufacturers and I guess they didn't get that information conveyed. We get 2 sets because they made them white. There is going to be manufacturing time that will make us wait for our second set, yes.

Hell...I'll give my white ones away...if they are iradescent like that..i really dont want them...probably sell them for like $50...if the silver ones come out like "real reverse indiglos" I'll be a happy camper...I want that red/blue VW gauge look....
BTW, Nate...make sure they are reverse indiglos...seems like the manufacturer doesnt know what reverse indiglos are....we might get the silver ones and they might just illuminate the gauges around the digits as shown....if that happens....I would really like to kick the **** out of 4IG.

At least now we can all relax about being scammed. They truely built "something" for us whether it be right or not. I hope the silver ones come with the Blue Numbers like we all requested a few months back. The red numbers just look kinda wierd to me.

If when they make the second set... they are silver... and are indiglo like the GS gauges (3rd pic u posted i think)
but the "green glow" matches the stock sheit a little better I"d buy em... I think the blue ones are hot... but since we cant change radio/window/HVAC... I dont want that many diff. colors
