So my transmission died, and along with a very very low idle, and they told me its the coil pack. Well thank god the transmission is under warranty , with 64000, and its a 99. So my question is can someone give me detailed instruction on how to replace the coil pack, THANKS IN ANDVANCE.

 

Its under warranty....why would your replace it????

 

Halleluah Brother!! If it is warranty, let Acura do it, that way if if isn't 100% you have them to put it on fo ranother free repalcement.

 

If it's built like the 03's it has 6 coil paks, one for each cylinder right on top of each sparkplug (little black box held in with a hex head or torx)

 

well the only thing that is under warranty is the tranny , and since im over the 50,000 miles they will not cover the coil pack. So anyone out there . please help. THanks again
