Don't sell your car. You will be losing a lot of money. Wait a few years then buy a new one.
I also wanted to sell my car to get the TL-S but thought it over and decided to wait.

Only prob is the car is worth way more now than in it will be in a few years. If your loan pay off is low, you'll have plenty of dough for a new down payment with almost the same monthly payments. The tables could easily turn later on.
