Acura Owner's Link records gone?

Acura Owner's Link records gone?
Like an idiot, (well, it's not all that serious) I used the Service Records section of Acura's Owners Link.
All I had in there were oil changes but planned to keep other work done listed there. Work performed by the dealer is supposed to be added in that section also. I thought it was a neat way to keep records.
Anyway, after having recent work done, I checked my records - and they're all gone!.
And in the Acura/Honda way, there are no email contacts listed anywhere for support, not unless you want to contact your dealer.
It's not worth the hassle of a phone call, being put on hold.. probably to be told the records are gone...
what a waste of time....
