Post Acura Dealer's Customer Service Sucked!!

I live in Tucson, Arizona and the acura dealer here, (Beaudry Acura), Pretty much SUCKS!! I called and made an appointment for an oil change...of course that went well. I got there and was not treated very well. It took them about 45 min to change my oil, I was hoping for a free car wash but nope...but hey that is ok with me...but I had a grease smudge on the driver's door.

Earlier when I was there waiting I went up to the parts counter and asked about a Honda/Acura CD changer. Again I was treated very rudely. I guess next time I go in there I better wear a suit. Maybe they will respect me!!!

I know you are kind of new here but we beat this subject to death already.
My Acura dealer (Montclair Acura) and a lot of others suck also so don't feel bad. They really need to improve their service to their customers.

You can't really blame the people there. Why...cuz they drive shitty cars such as Pontiac, ford, chrysler and so on. Those shitty car companies treat them just as bad as they treat us. IF there is no good customer service examples out there, how would they learn?

see what I mean?

well i guess that dealers in the US just suck...as for Canada, the dealers have treated me VERY well....when i got my windows tinted i noticed a bubble in the rear window..so i told them...dropped off my car, and they drove me home...then when they redid the tint they called me to tell me that they were comming to pick me up...i was like wow .."impressive"

...then there was this other time when i went for an oil change ..took about 15 min, then i was back on the road..

I have been very pleased with my Service Department. I have always received a loaner (even though it was an Integra), Usually washes and vaccums the car and my service rep has given me a couple of good deals. The dealer is Duval Acura of Jacksonville, Fl.

Sometimes I think it has something to do with the geographic location of the dealer.... Like those in Houston, no matter who walked in wearing what, as long as you are not asking to drive a NSX, u will be treated right. I think it has something to do with where in Houston, everyone wear like a cowboys, jeans, t-shirt... not that many suit guys around.... and in houston, whoever wear jeans might make more money than the owner of the dealership, thats why they treated customer very professional and carefully..... But somehow in places where RICH = SUIT LOOKING, good outlook are the requirement to be treated right... YES, THAT'S BS, but hey, thats the realities of human and non-professional!

The best way to voice your concerns about the poor Acura customer service that you received is to address it the customer service manager and possibly the general manager of the dealership. After that, if you continue to experience it, then contact the Acura regional office (for your area), and address it with them. I'm pretty confident that you will see a noticeable improvement, after you take this action. Acura (and American Honda) takes pride in providing their customer with superior service, and they will not take you complaints lightly. But, you have to do more than voice your complaints on this board. Good luck.

Beaudry Acura is actually right next to Beaudry Honda. Beaudry also owns Porsche, Audi, VW, and Jag. All on the same strip. The service center for the Acura is behind th honda dealer. I am gonna drop a email at their web page then see what happens.
