ACS goodwill assistance

lets make this short and sweet. My tranny went on or about Nov 18th.. and once again its slipping. I spoke with acura client services about reimbursement with my tow to the dealer since its about 20 miles mostly highway driving away. She said she will speak with my advisor at the dealer and he should get back to me within 1-2 buisness days. has anyone ever dealth with ACS and got full reimbursement on there towing? what should i expect? thanks !
