the accord in motor trend looks alot hotter...they dont even look alike at all

 

Let's all pray together that MT has it right. In the spy photo, the B pillar is WAY too huge. And the small back window... how it comes to a point? Don't like it.
The MT drawings, though, kinda look like another car, but I can't remember what...

the rear of the red drawing screams BMW E46..

The rear end of the MT photo reminds me of the new Volvos...

 

I like the door handles.

 

While not identical, the sketches DO look similar to the spy shots.
You'd be surprised at how the car looks when all the camo is taken off.
I remember when I had seen spyshots of the new MB Eclass and they had it camoed so well that it looked nothing like what the actual car looks like.

They copied the Is doors. The new accord looks so ugly. It's like a combination of a bunch of other cars. :yack:

 

when something is camouflaged a lot you can see that it is camouflage. These 03 Accord pictures show very little camouflage.

I think they took the ugliest cues from other cars and slapped them together.

I don't hold my breath for a good looking Accord.

Before the new Camry came out, too, there were sexy drawings of it in MotorTrend. Then it came out and did not look much like those drawings. What else do you expect from these appliances?

 

You know... if these pictures ARE the new Accord.. Honda has made a HUGE mistake. The Motor Trend drawings are amazing! Not that the accord needs a sales boost, but if those drawings came to life... it would be bad news for the camery and altima. STEP UP HONDA!!! Make it aggressive and set the standard again!!! We need some passion back into the line-up! By the way... have you all seen the Honda Pilot??? Oh my god, is that the most boring design in the history of car design???

Are you OK. The drawings are very similar to the spy pictures. How could you go from one end of the spectrum to the other. Huge mistake / amazing ???????????

The tailights on the spy pictures is what is making them ugly, but I'm sure that is just a cover over the actual tail lights.

I'm sure the new Accord will feature huge rims with low profile tires and a .5 inch wheel gap.

Man!! chill out... those are just concept drawings... they are always exaggerated...

 

I work at Honda and I don't even know how it looks like yet. I just know it's gonna come out in September. I'll let you guys know once I know how it looks like.

 

Only people work in Ohio will know what it looks like. Even that's the case, they probably signed their lives away and get sued if even one word comes out.
