The (!) on acceleration

The (!) on acceleration
I've noticed that if I pull out of my street "quickly" 
to get into the traffic flow on the main road, as the TL-S accelerates (not using SS), the (!) orange led will illuminate for a moment.
Is that becasue the tracking system kicks off during acceleration? (or, is something amiss
)

Nope thats the VSA/traction control just telling you you are about to loose traction. Everythings working just fine

Actually the flashing ! means that the VSA is actually doing something (whether it's applying brakes, reducing throttle, or a combination of the 2) because it has sensed a decline in traction.
