AC Blows Warm...

Unhappy AC Blows Warm...

AC works great except when I floor it...then it blows warm for about 3-5 seconds before it "catches up"....anyone else have this? Just low freon maybe? 10,000miles only

is the recirculation on or off... if it is off then i think that would be why...

thats normal...the engine detects that you need maxium power and cuts off the ac compressor and then flips to heat side to cool the engine a bit better.....

Heh, I run around in Plano too, and I get the same thing. Its just good ol' Texas heat.

I wonder if I've bumped into you a time or 2 before. I work right at Coit & Plano Parkway, and live in Frisco, and I always take the roads home.

If you see a debadged, slammed silver CL-S running around, its probably me!

Yep--what he said. Most modern cars now cut out the A/C under WOT.
