ABS and TCS light comes on and..
When in stop and go traffic both the ABS and TCS light comes on at the same time. Additionally, the Maintenance light will come on and go off after 2-3 seconds. When the maintenance light goes on, the radio shuts off and comes back on when the maintenance light goes away.
When I will restart the car later today, the lights will be off and will randomly come back on..

follow these instructions: Error Code 84 - VSA sensor neutral position memorization - Acura TSX Forum
first clear the ABS in teh way he describes, then try to clear the VSA/TCS afterwards.
