Hey 1st timer, for shits and giggles....check the fuse labeled "R/C Mirror" (7.5a) which is located in the driver's side fuse panel. Then next check the fuse labeled "Back-up Light" (7.5a). Could be an aftershock of the alternator, as this can create many nuisance problems due to low or fluctuating voltage. It sucks !

and that means its working today because.....

did this involve spinning of the wheels at low speed- under 25Kph with active TCS
ie: uses brake on spinning wheel in pulses similar to ABS active

reset the ECU via clock fuse removal method,,see if it comes back

That's what i was thinking of!! Could it be that my alt wasn't working properly for a while?
Or because of too many hard accels under 25kkm/h with tcs activated?
