ABS Disk Brake Pump Noise

I have a 2001 TL that makes a noise when I first drive it. The sound makes a slight grounding noise for about 1-2 seconds and then it stops until the car sits for a couple of hours. The service department says it is the ABS brake pump adjusting. 2 other ACURA owners that I know do not experience this sound. Any suggestions if this is normal or not??? Thanks

I think you should take your car back to the dealer. They only make noise when the
wheel(s) are locked. In normal driving condition it should not make such a noise. Take it back to the dealer as soon as possible before further damage.

I thought I was the only one that had that situation.
The noise that you mention, does it happen within the first 20 feet after you start driving? (Only after starting the car.) It is sort of a humming/buzzing noise that lasts for only about 1 second?
I have not taken the car to the dealer to have it looked at. It did not seem to be that bad a condition. Should I take the car in to be looked at?
