Well Im leasing it but im gonna buy it after the leasing is finished...so....

Would it do something bad to my leasing policy?

Im thinking about lowering 1.75" , 1.5"..

Congratz on the A-Spec! you definately can lower the car while leasing, u just might have to take the springs out before you return the car. You dont need new shocks but it is advisable to install new shocks while that far in the suspension system anyways. for a drop of that height, id suggest H&R Sports or the Comptech Springs. Depending on how much you are willing to spend you could also get coilovers.
