ok so im cruising in a 2 lane road and i see this convertible eclpise flewin up behind me, so i move over to my right lane and this eclipse has 3 guys in it all instigating, so i wait till he comes roulling up to my left and then i floor it SS ing it down to 3rd...........to my surprise the eclipse got bout 2 cars ahead of me and i wasnt gaining......he got a little bit of a jump on me, not too much. I can't figure out how this happened......it looked and sounded stock! could the little jump have helped him out that much?

 

Was it one of the current generation Eclipse? Cuz the previous generation had a turbo model and can be hooked up pretty nice.

YEAH I KNOW!!!!!! it was the current body style, fush look a like ecplipe, i was ready to tool this but it blew by me and i couldnt keep up.....im assuming he got a much bigger jump than i believed...
