Two totally different cars and rides. If you do you are going to be making a lot of trade offs- whether good or bad is up to you. Auto vs. manual, two door vs. four door, ride comfort, seat comfort, fun factor. Why not a TSX 6spd? A good mix between the two.

Last time i search the net for info, the new 04 TL already have problems (minor so far. I would go for a Lexus for a better quality. But if you are an Acura loyal, then 04 TL 6 speeds

All new models have some bugs, but the ones being manufactured now have some of them worked out already. Furthermore, they are minor problems, and I suspect that Lexus has their share as well.

I love my new TL, minor bugs and all.

Yeap. You are right about all cars have problems here and there. But Lexus probably has less problems.

Don't get me wrong. Acura still make great cars and all and the price is great too. Minor problems I don't mind about, but I still worry about the more major problems that plaqued the 2nd Gen TL and might be carried over to the 3rd gens.

Glad to see that you still have interest in the 2nd Gens still!
