99 Tranny gone bad?

99 Tranny gone bad?
So my tranny started acting up today, if i step on the gas it slipps gears i think or it holds 2nd and 3rd. when in SS theres a HUGE Delay. When in normal mode, just rolling like 2-5 MPH it jerks when i give the gas pedal a push.
I think im gonna stop by Park Ave Acura tomorrow. See what they say. Does all this make sense to those who have lost trannies?

Sometimes my car jerks when I step on the gas while I'm coasting. Other times I slow down to yield for a turn and it takes a second for it to shift gears and actually get going. It's frustrating. I also have a 99TL but I just recently hit 40k so I guess it's relatively young.
