so guys my friend has 2 choices he could get a 99 tl or the 2000 which one would you guys say is the better pick he is going more towards the 99 since its in mint condition inside and out and its black and also they dont have the tranny problem and the 2000 is a sliver tl good condition also but just a bit worried about the tranny? but other then that is there any differences between the 99 and 2000

 

for reliability, go with the 99

 

99s did have trans problems, but not near the 00+
Personally i like the gauges better in the 00+ and the different cam timing of the 00+ as well.
