I was wondering if anybody knows how to switch the remote cases from a 99 to an 02. I tried before and it doesn't just fit. PLEASE HELP Thanks

 

remote case??? what's that? Are you talking about the homelink remote? Or the alarm remote?

 

i think he's talking about alarm remote

 

yea the keyless entry remote

 

Okay since we're on the topic, any of you guys ever having problems with it? Mine sometimes doesn't unlock my car after few minutes - and I know its not a battery problem since I already changed it.

it should fit. i've read somewhere it does. search for it. i remember that the thread had pics to show that it did..

so it's not a perfect swap but all you have to do is make the insdie of the 02+ remote clean. there's lots of plastic borders to hold up the smaller electrical 02 piece up to the bottoms. since the 99-01 electrical board is bigger, it needs more room. thus you need to clear the plastic in there.
