Hello again all!!! I've searched the threads and didnt find any directions to remove the radio. I have a '99 TL w/navi and need to retrieve the serial # so I can get my code from the dealership. They want to charge $80 to get it. I figured i do it myself...Does anyone have step by step instructions for me?? This may be of help to others too...thanks

Just go to the link above. They are instructions to install a cd changer but it tells you how to remove the radio.

Open up the glove box while sitting in the drivers seat. You should see a white label with your 5 digit(I think) radio code. Turn on your car and enter the code into your radio...

 

I was able to follow those instructions...thanks!!!! Not an easy task....no white labels for me.
