Hey guys... last week I finally got my Navi hard drive replaced by Acura ($1100!!!) after about a YEAR of waiting. Just today I found out about a way of avoiding the cost and doing it for about a third of the price.

Ankar scammed me out of $425.00... Sent him the money and didn't get the drive...

 

I've also seen listings on ebay for calluna with 1 region of your choice for big bucks.

The real facts are for do it yourselfers....

GOOD: you can get a new calluna for as little as $30. Search for calluna or callunacard.

BEST: you can get a Kingston 512CF/ADP for as little as $120.

Then get a drive update at the dealer for $60 royalty and about $90 labor. That gets you 1 region.

If you have paid the royalty in the past or do so now you can then get a set of CDs with all regions from me for $50 copying charge to save future trips to the dealer and to do quick updates yourself as you cross regions.
