okay, i have a 99 tl equpied wit a navi stock radio n ive heard that the 02-03 has better readin on disc(burnt disc). n i have two questions, first, does it have to be equiped wit navi too? second, is the disc changer equiped with a seprate disc slot or is it epuipt inside the sterio?

Plug and play. BUT it HAS to be from the TL (02-03) The CL headunit looks just like the TL unit but it will NOT work! Something to remember when looking

 

Yes, this is very important. I've seen eBay auctions of the CL headunits that claim they're compatible with the TL.
