Hi,

I was wondering if the 99 - 01 OEM kit fit on my 03 TL-S???

Not the front. Side and back will fit.

I wish! The 99-01s only cost half the money. Sorry to have to tell you, the side skirts and rear piece do interchange, but the front is slightly different and won't fit.

What homeboy said.... but their are ways to modify the front, but with the cost involved, i would just get the 03 kit full fledged....
