Is the 70W on Nokya Hyper Yellow Fogs too much??

Is the 70W on Nokya Hyper Yellow Fogs too much??
Trying to buy a cheap halogen upgrade for my '02 TLS fog lights. Read a lot of forums on here, and it seems that a lot of people like the Nokya Hyper Yellow's, but they are 70W for the 9006 (I know it's supposed to only be 55W). Will the 70W be too much?

Might be too much for the stock wiring.

Nokya should have Hyper Yellows compatible w/ stock wattage, that's what I'm running.
