6000K headlight install help

I just got my 6000K bulbs. I'm trying to get them on but the damn clip won't lock in place. For anyone with experience on the 6000K install can you offer some advice on how to get the metal clip to lock in place?

The bulb wasn't fully secure. After some more figiting I got it to lock. Thanks anyway.
