welcome to the 6 speed aspiration community.
question. are you doing this for reliability or performance?
reliability you'll just need the transmission and some other things
performance, upgrade to type s engine (i am)
depending on who you go through and what you want, you'll spend anywhere between $1500-$3000.
you can get a 3rd gen tl tranny (it is cheaper and has an LSD too) or i have an 03 cl-s6 tranny got it before i knew the 3g tl worked.
here's a clutch that is the same as OEM (minus the honda badging) and cheaper than dealer

and here is the flywheel (some dealerships want $400!)

make sure to get inline for richiev6's swap harness. he can be bogged with backorders as he makes them individually.
you'll need pedals, shifter assemblies bushings shifter cables, clutch master cyl clutch piping, you'll need the 6mt mounting bracket.
happy wrenching

haha well think about the cost of an engine swap, that's the performance part. i'm doing engine and tranny together. i've got money to blow so no big deal.
yeah if you go just transmission you'll probably do $1500-$2000 depending on who you get your parts from.
